The Salvation Army Haiti [where the money goes]

Before the earthquake...
The Salvation Army has been in Haiti since 1950. The Salvation Army operates schools, clinics, a hospital, feeding programs, children's homes and church-related activities through 60 corps community centers across the country.

Since the earthquake...
The United Nations designated The Salvation Army as the lead agency responsible for the well-being of Haiti earthquake survivors, serving the community and communicating their needs for food, water and shelter.
The Salvation Army provided survivors with more than 1.5 million meals, 19,000 gallons of water and hundreds of tents, tarps, baby items and medical supplies within the first month of its response.
